Offer Letter Issued

Successful applicants receive an official offer letter. You will have 14 calendar days to accept and pay the admission fee to confirm your place.

Enrolment & Orientation

Complete enrolment paperwork, pay school fees, and attend our new student orientation. Your child joins the Nova Heights family!

Eligibility by Division

Nova Heights welcomes students from age 3 through to Grade 12. Each division has specific entry requirements outlined below.

Kindergarten

Early years programme designed around play-based inquiry and holistic child development.

Ages 3–6 PP1 – Grade 1 No assessment
Junior School

Broad and balanced curriculum integrating Cambridge Primary and CBC enrichment strands.

Ages 6–12 Grades 1–6 Assessment from Gr 3
Senior School

Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level pathways preparing students for leading global universities.

Ages 12–18 Grades 7–12 Assessment required

International students must provide proof of English language proficiency. The assessment may be waived for applicants from accredited English-medium schools.

School Reports β€” last 2 years' academic reports from previous school

Passport Photos β€” 2 recent passport-sized photographs of the student

Parent/Guardian ID β€” national ID or passport of the primary guardian

Immunisation Records β€” up-to-date vaccination certificate

Proof of Residence β€” utility bill or bank statement (max 3 months old)

Transfer Letter β€” from previous school (for students in Grade 4 and above)

Fees Structure

All fees are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are charged per term. Nova Heights has three terms per academic year.

Fees include tuition, activity levy, and standard learning materials. Transport, lunch, and extracurricular clubs are billed separately. A KES 5,000 non-refundable application fee applies.

Yes, there is a non-refundable application processing fee of KES 5,000. This covers administrative and assessment costs and is invoiced after form submission.

Yes. We accept applications year-round and accommodate mid-year joiners subject to space availability in the specific class. Contact our admissions team for current availability.

We follow the Cambridge International Curriculum β€” Cambridge Primary for Junior School, IGCSE for Grades 9–10, and A-Levels for Grades 11–12. Our Early Years and Junior programmes also integrate Kenya's Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) enrichment strands.

Yes. We offer merit-based, need-based, sports, and arts scholarships. Scholarship applications are reviewed separately and require additional documentation. Awards are typically announced within 2 weeks of application review.

International students require all standard documents plus:

  • Valid passport (copy)
  • Student visa or dependent pass (if applicable)
  • Proof of English language proficiency
  • Certified translation of documents not in English

From application submission to offer letter, the process typically takes 7–14 business days. This includes document review (3–5 days), assessment scheduling (2–3 days), and offer issuance (1–2 days). Mid-term applications may take slightly longer.

Yes. Nova Heights operates a fleet of supervised school buses covering major Nairobi routes including Karen, Lavington, Kilimani, Westlands, Runda, and Muthaiga. Transport fees are billed separately each term. Contact the Bursar's office for routes and pricing.
